Tom co-founded People in Strata to create a safe, professional network for strata professionals and serves on the Strata Community Australia (QLD) Education Committee, while also contributing his time on the board of Gold Coast Rugby.
Elisha brings her leadership to both the legal and equestrian worlds and continues to serve the Gold Coast Community Fund, a charity that’s raised over $20 million to support locals in need.
Jordan and her family give back while travelling around Australia — collecting rubbish from roadsides and donating clothes and essentials to community groups along the way.
Sharon supports the Animal Welfare League and mentors local business owners across the Gold Coast and Tweed region through active community networking.For us, community isn’t something that happens after hours, it’s part of how we work, lead, and live.

With over 20 years of combined experience, Tom and Elisha created Tallay to offer something different — a law firm that feels human, approachable, and genuinely supportive.
They’ve spent years working in law — property, commercial, disputes — and through all of it, what’s mattered most is the people. They’ve seen how disconnected legal work can feel, and they built Tallay to change that.
