Tallay was founded in 2024 by co-founders, Elisha Hodgson and Tom Robinson.
The name "Tallay" reflects our founders' roots, combining Tallebudgera Valley and Torbay in New Zealand, paying homage to where they are from and symbolising its connection to both the local area and a broader perspective.

With over 20 years combined legal experience, specialising in Property (including conveyancing services, body corporate and strata law), Litigation, Wills & Estates and Commercial/Business transactions, our co-founders have crafted a specialised legal practice which can cater for all your needs.

Collectively, Tom and Elisha have over 20 years' experience and expertise in Property and Litigation, with a specialisation in Body Corporate and Strata Law.
Their Body Corporate experience expands across all areas of Body Corporate including but not limited to, providing general advice to bodies corporate and their committees, assignment

Their Body Corporate experience expands across all areas of Body Corporate including but not limited to, providing general advice to bodies corporate and their committees, assignment of management rights, variations to management rights, caretaker performance reviews, drafting by-laws, enforcement of by-laws, and new community management statements, building defects, building management statements, building/rectification works and contract review, levy recovery, general disputes and caretaker disputes.
In addition to this, Tom and Elisha have extensive experience in the following practice areas: Property, Litigation, Wills and Estates and General/Commercial Practice.
